I've found the contract templates and digital signature thing to be really helpful when I bring on new clients, and the review tool with clients is so easy. Pretty much the same as Frame, but built into this platform.
Also, the invoices are really easy to build. It seems like they did a big update on those recently, and it's been helpful.
Well I might be biased, but I think Whelm is a fantastic tool for freelancers who are:
1) Price conscious (who isn't?)
2) In a creative field (like video, design, animation, voice over, marketing, etc)
3) Want to start sending professional, branded, and custom invoices to their clients
This is the platform I wish I had as a freelancer. And now that I take on client work once or twice a year, I use Whelm to keep me organized and make payments easier.
It's simple and streamlined, so I don't feel overwhelmed with navigating the platform. Plus, it's ridiculously affordable, so I don't even feel burdened by it.
Very nice tool for sending invoices. I'm not really a freelancer, so I don't use many of the other tools that this platform has, but it has been nice for invoicing, and also to manage my contracts in one place. Saves me a ton of money.
