I wanted to try it out for my new pup and I had to pay 6.99 for a 7day trial. I was looking around the app on how to cancel before the 7days. I couldn’t find how to cancel….then they deducted 39.99 from my account. I emailed them a few times no response…I commented on the instagram page and the reported my comments and I’m unable to post on instagram because they reported me. I only asked them to cancel my plan and refund my 39.99. Will someone please tell me how to cancel. Per their IG account…multiple people are having this same issue
The app is so convenient to use, I really enjoy design and my experience with Woofz!
The app is super helpful and has a very user-friendly interface. We used it to teach my parents' puppy new commands and ease its anxiety while left home alone. I'll use Woofz when I adopt a dog for myself! 💛🔥
