Xnapper

I love Xnapper and use it everyday. I use primarily for customer support but also for screenshots for our user guide, product emails, and changelog posts. It's made my life so much easier. Some features I particularly love: 1. The padding around the image 2. The auto-blacking out of emails 3. Auto-image balancing 4. Double click to copy without saving the image It just makes taking screenshots SO easy. The user experience is great and has clearly been well thought through. I've never encountered a bug. The only feature I could really use is the ability to add arrows or circles to highlight sections of an image. That feature would help me a lot in customer support. Amazing job, @trungdq88!
