I have only recently started using the Gilt app and have not had a lengthy experience. My first time ordering when very well, in fact, my item was shipped earlier than indicated. However, a few days ago, I couldn't access the app at all, I entered my password, and there was no response. I was ready to call customer service for assistance, and then just this evening, the app responded, and I was able to shop. Hopefully, whatever was wrong is now corrected.

Gilt has great items to choose from and good prices that are hard to beat. Their service is one of the best when it comes to customer care. I have been with Guilt for 7 years and will keep on staying with them. It's the one app. on my phone that I keep and enjoy looking at when I need something for a gift or for myself.

Tonight I tried to make a purchase, but your system apparently checks something for a credit card by issuing a zero dollar charge with the caption, "Rue La La". When my Synchrony bank card asked me to verify that item, I had to decline it because I had no knowledge of it. Of course my purchase was then declined and my credit card was locked. Why not just use "Gilt" and a zero dollar charge? I'm very disappointed in the Gilt system and it's programmers. This was unnecessary nuisance.
