So I truly have enjoyed the app. A few days ago, somehow my account became locked. I initially was able to receive a password reset, but somehow the reset did not like or take my new master password. I tried again, and nothing; then I was no longer able to receive anything to the email the account is linked to. I tried restarting the master password, and the password word rest spins and sends nothing and becomes grey, and my screen goes black. Nothing works. Before this I loved the app.

True Key is a solid key vault app, all the better because it is included w my McAfee virus protection. 2 ways it does not seem to work as seamlessly as the Roboform keyvault app I used to pay for is that 1) it frequently doesn't capture and give me the opportunity to save new passwords and 2) If I go to a site it doesn't always populate user ID and password, even when it's saved in the true Key app...Overall, though, good app for no additional cost

The biggest problem i have with it is that it chooses which device and which method (email, or text) to verify it's me. Which is worthless. Example: I'm on my cell phone away from the house and need to activate trukey for a password (many diff logins). It will send the verification code to my email, or iPad, or work phone..which I don't have access to. I NEED TO HAVE IT ALWAYS SEND VERIFY TEXT TO MY PRIMARY CELL..THE ONE I AN USING 99.99% OF THE TIME. YES, I have worked with support .
