The app literally won't load beyond the login screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've restarted my phone, closed out all other apps, tried on wifi, tried on cell data only...I've also hopped on my left foot, clucked like a chicken, and prayed towards the north wind - nothing seems to help. Can't give this app more than 1 star if it won't open.

Update: Very poor customer service and overlapping booking issues is something that host need to consider with this app. I guess it is too buggy. It takes almost a week to get your email response which is real issue here. My Original Review: Love this software. It is really affordable and effective for hosts who wants to manage their listing like a pro.

It seems not all airbnb features can be found in guesty, and updates in guesty don't always appear in the airbnb app. Expl: the name of the listing. Also, I created an auto message for one unit that was meant to go to people who inquire about that unit. The auto message seems to be sent to all inquiries about other units. I don't see a way to make a unit specific auto response. Really clunky! Also, the calendar is meant to be open for 6 months out. I got a request for 7 months from now.Not good!
