Keeps crashing, no help in app, impossible to figure out how to navigate using your saved plan. Too small a screen to use as planner but even if you try the place information is often outdated and inaccurate. Response to developer: Reinstalling didn't help. Also I have exhausted myself editing place information. You get no feedback on whether your change was accepted so it just feels like you're wasting your time. What upsets me is I paid for a subscription and I'm stuck with it.

I was completely in love with the app and used the free version a couple of times. I decided to upgrade and get premium and it worked great, then it stopped working. It will not allow me to use autopilot or plan it myself. It always kicks back an error message despite Uninstaller and reinstalled. The website works great but what's the point of having an app which is more convenient when roadtripping if it won't let you do anything?? I'm on the verge of canceling but I'm giving them time to fix.

I loved the free version of this app in 2020, but since then, it has been declining. The AI (paid) version now is lame. The places suggested do not correspond to my interests and feel like they only suggest places close to the destination. There is no flexibility in how many types of places I can add. Won't be using this app anymore.
