a lot of videos don't work. I'm new to it , think it may be come annoying with its prompt. especially night routine when it tells you not to have screen time then sends prompt now after having had it for a couple of weeks definitely to many notifications. Also rather childish with Holly Bird and confetti.

I can see how this app would be really beneficial to those who really don't have much idea about health, fitness and wellbeing. I am pretty active, eat well and have a long history of feeling tired and run down. No amount of deep breathing and ball massaging is going to change that.

This app is terrible, I got it sent to me by my doctors surgery. I filled in everything telling them I had arthritis and other mobility problems and it told me to do squats and dumbells, what a stupid thing to recommend to me. There was nothing in the questions about wheelchairs or can you walk . I'm deleting it as it's no good to me. Hopefully it will help other people but it can't help me !
