Description
FirstSeed Calendar is an amazing app that handles both events and reminders with the following great features:
- Fully supports macOS 15 Sequoia.
- Supports Stage Manager, weather, and focus filter in macOS Ventura.
- Full-featured month view
- Innovative week view that eliminates the need for vertical scrolling
- List view that shows events like paper organizer
- Calendar Set to quickly switch calendars
- Use template to create similar events easily
- Customize shortcuts to set duration for events
- Analog clock to select the time quickly
- Ability to move and duplicate events via drag and drop
- Complete Touch Bar support
- Access to reminders
- Quick event that processes natural language (English only so far)
- Week number, time zone, and event history
- And more!
FirstSeed Calendar syncs with the built-in "Calendar" app, so you can use iCloud calendar or other online calendars to sync your events across all devices. It also syncs with the built-in "Reminders" app on your Mac, so you can use iCloud to sync your reminders across all devices.
Reminder is only partially supported. For example, sub reminders show up as no-due reminders. Full support will be provided in the future update.

Ratings and Reviews
See AllI have just one issue
I cannot have notifications on reminders or calendars that are not in the selected "All Calendars" "Only Events" and "Only Reminders"
If I could have it where I can select all to have notifications that would be great.
Other than that this app is exactly what I needed
Nice interface, No User Support
The FistSeed Calendar is similar to the free calendar supplied with macOS. The user interface and aesthetics are a bit better with the FirstSeed Calendar. The event info I type into FirstSeed Calendar also automatically shows up in the macOS calendar. I had a question for FirstSeed Tech Support (assuming it even exists) about how to backup all the info I had put into my FirstSeed Calendar. Imade the help support request on the FirstSeed website. I got no reply. Nothing. Later I finally figured out on my own that the macOS calendar has an Export/Calendar Archive command in its File menu. That backs up all my calendar info that automatically is transfered from FirstSeed Calendar to the macOS calendar. Later, when I use the macOS calendar archive to restore the macOS calendar, the info automatically gets transferred to the FirstSeed Calendar. Why did I have to struggle with this and figure this out on my own? It's sad. And no, I could not find a FirstSeed Calendar User Manual that actually helps, just a short thing on the FirstSeed website that reads more like an ad. I like the FirstSeed Calendar. The company appears to be busy elsewhere.
