Nice and cozy. Respectful, friendly people who welcome you warmly – some are regulars and some come and go, but all are nice. The interface is aesthetic and the chats are organised into want to read, currently reading and already read for 'each' book which makes your experience easy and spoiler-free. The only problems I have with this app is that it needs some minor fixing — the comments don't appear as threads, the notifications can't be personalised, main feed is too busy, etc.

Update 11/05/2020- App is now much more responsive which is nice so +1 star. I understand being able to choose the cover, but I think that belongs in a different interface. For example if I want to add a lot of books by an author and search that author, I frequently end up double adding a book. Additionally it's frustrating to add all of the books in a series since you keep having to scroll past duplicates that you are unsure of wether or not you have added.

Edit: We redeveloped all screens, they all now open in less than 1 second. We took up your proposal on the feed, no need to wait any more, it's instantaneous. As for search, the different covers are left there precisely so you can add any specific cover that you want, and still end up in the same discussion. Thanks for helping us to improve Byzans

Id love if we could share pics. We dont know what room to chat in, first book or last book when talking about a series. Can they have their own channel? Multiple copies of one book is kind of confusing but good they all go to the same channel. I think Moderators would be a good idea too. They could run a series channel, clean up extra book copies, and make sure pics are appropriate. The feed shouldnt refresh when I click an item and add it. You have to scroll all the way back to where you were.❤

Thanks for all the great ideas of improvement! A lot of series have their own rooms like "Mistborn Trilogy", or "Harry Potter". Do you need another one? Write us to info@byzans.com
Feed no-refresh when adding a book, we're going to do that soon! Sharing pics, that's a bit more difficult, give us more time 💜
