License & UseStealthly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or business purposes. You may not modify, distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer Stealthly.2. Refund PolicyIf you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14 day period.To cancel your order, you must inform Stealthly of your decision. To ensure immediate processing, please do so by contacting us via the contact form below.Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Stealthly and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Stealthly will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles Stealthly to counterclaim the refund.This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.3. Privacy & DataStealthly does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. However, third-party services such as payment processors may handle data per their own policies.Stealthly uses Sentry for bug reporting, which may collect non-personal diagnostic information such as system logs and error reports to help improve the software. Prohibited UsesYou agree not to:Use Stealthly for unlawful purposes.Attempt to bypass security measures or alter the software.Resell or redistribute Stealthly without permission.5. Disclaimer & Limitation of LiabilityStealthly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any issues, damages, or losses resulting from its use.To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.6. TerminationWe reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms.7. Changes to TermsWe may update these Terms of Service at any time.
