CampusCare -Mobile Apps are designed to work with school ERP software. It will give desired output only when these features are opted and used by the school.
The URL used should be the URL of your ward's school parent portal (ex:xyzcampuscare.in) and login credentials are same as parent portal login credentials.
There is a customer support available during working hours and you may write at 'parentdesk@entab.in' or call at +91-11-43193333 and choose to dial 5 to reach to parent desk for assistance

This enables the school, teachers and management to come to the same platform and the students education gets strengthened as a collective effort.
This helps us to view the daily assignments, school and class news, fee detail, online fee payment, exam related information, report cards etc.

I was effectively using it but after March 19 upgrade, I see the alert but no records on every menu. Cannot find anything. My problem was resolved. thanks. Sir, after today's update, i see 'other account' feature broken. it had account of my second son but now nothing displays. Resolved।

This app doesn't give correct information, my teacher shared a message 2 weeks ago, and here it is not showing at all... Also my presenty was incorrect too because I'm a new student at this school and this app shows that I'm present all month of June , whereas, my first day at school was after half month of July.. very very very bad experience.. Don't install it, I installed it because it was the only way to see my homeworks , projects and all.. *THIS APP IS JUST A BIG WASTE OF TIME* 😑

Very poor app, before I couldn't get the notifications, now whenever I try to view the files attached to them, it redirects me back to the login page. It has a very poor interface, the app is missing so many features that we have to go to the poorly designed and poorly coded web cloud versions to view some details, the chatbot isn't even an AI, it comes with pre designed queries and Answers, you couldve instead just said that it is the FAQs instead of disguising it as a chatbot. 0/5 stars
