Hatchi - A retro virtual pet 4+

This game is SO fun, I like the minigames and the evolutions and the different eggs. The problem is that once you get the evolution guide, you can see all the evolutions and there are no more mysteries. It would be cool if there was something like a mystery evolution that doesn’t show on the guide, and it doesn’t show how to get it. Yeah, sure, once you get it, you know it, and no more mysteries, but just imagine how much fun players can have while finding the mystery evolution. They can try to guess what it is, and try doing different things with the pet thing 😂. Just so you know, I haven’t bought any of the other special eggs, so I don’t know if you maybe already put it there. The other thing I was concerned about is that the minigame called It’s Raining Meds is actually way too hard for me. Make it a teeny bit easier, just so I can have a tiny bit more coins from that minigame. Other than those two problems, this game gets 5 stars all the way!

It has been far too long since the last UPDATE! There are no longer official tamagotchi vintage-style apps (p1/p2 and angel on the Tamagotchi LIFE app) thus leaving a gaping hole for those of us who crave nostalgia and have a sweet spot for vintage v-pets. I constantly check but there hasn’t been an update in at least a year. Please do not abandon Hatchi! This is by far the best vintage virtual pet app around. The games could use some work (it would be nice if your pet was featured in the game instead of just the baby form and the scale of the games and their pixels don't match the already perfectly scaled idle screen) and some additional creature designs (based on the beautiful and wondrous but slightly inaccurate american box art of tamagotchis p1 and p2 perhaps?) would be nice. Either way this app is in desperate need of an update! Please do not abandon your work, it is continued to be loved by many with no other outlet!

This game is very fun but I think it needs more things to do. Mini games you can only do if your Hatchi has enough energy, and the hatchi jump thing I have already beaten. I think since you literally have a baseball bat and a ball for games, you should add baseball, and in the future maybe add other sports. Soccer you could have as a multiplayer games where your hatchi goes against another hatchi trying to both defend your goal from the other hatchi scoring, and try to score on the other hatchis goal. But other that that the game is overall fun and addicting.
