In my opinion, good content is about great storytelling. Since the AI doesn't know your story and will never know it, it cannot help you create it from scratch. Most of the content out there is generic garbage for SEO. AI will help there. I don't think we need any more of that. So yes, I've used it to help create things like images and help refine language.
