I love how customizable this AI chat bot constructor is. I was able to personalize the chat bot to match my brand and provide a unique experience for my customers. And thanks to the AI technology, the chat bot is able to learn and improve over time, making it even more effective at answering customer questions.
IgestAI is an outstanding tool that will transform my team’s work. With its ability to build intelligent bots within Slack, it will become the fastest and easiest way for our employees and partners to answer queries from our knowledge base, documentation, or educational materials.
One of the things I love about IgestAI is how it will help my team easily access the company's resources and knowledge base via Slack. We can quickly find the information we need without leaving our Slack workspace, which saves us a lot of time and makes our work more efficient. The no-code automation features are a game-changer for us, as they will allow us to automate back-office procedures, freeing up our time to focus on more critical tasks.

Hi Guys, telegram bot is created and it seems it's connected to GPT3 API, this part of functionality is ok. But I'm adding my file to library and the bot is not answering right answers based on library file, it's just saying generic GPT3 output. What I'm doing wrong? Thanks

We're unfortunately a small team and we don't have enough resources to make good documentation. When You add your docs to a library and want to 'chat with your knowledge-base', you would need to create a command and then use it when 'talking to your docs'. We cover this in one of our video tutorials, but it's not in the Telegram video but I've just checked and it's explained (maybe not clear enough, sorry for that) in our documentation to Telegram. So you'd have to create a command and then choose the library. And it will work.
