Trade Hub is like the center of retail traders community. Their app is superior to any other that has attempted it. The community is STRONG, 20,000+ traders from experts to newcomers, their analyst team is always willing to help out a new comer or answer any question. I've seen this app come a long way, and very excited to see what they do for 2023!
the Discord bot was such a good idea! I think every trader on Discord who is sharing their trades should use this bot to keep a log of their alerts, it will keep them honest without being able to edit messages or delete alerts. I like the design of the trader dashboard, how you can see a trader's total gain over time and the avg win/loss/return comparison. I think you should also add a graph for the win rate to measure a trader's win rate over time to see how it fluctuates over time, and maybe add custom filtering so we can put a start/end date to see how well someone did from MM/DD to MM/DD. but overall it's an awesome idea. best of luck with the iOS app release!
I primarily use the Discord bot and browser interface. There is no other bot that can do what the nvstly bot does. I tried another one, but it didn't use real data, it had no dashboard, and it wasn't a useful tool for actual traders whereas this bot is perfect for traders who are on Discord. It's nice to generate my weekly recaps with a single command, and share my trading stats for any time period with a simple command. The UIs are great too, loving the new interface compared to v1, feels more interactive and the user flow is great.
Only con I notice is lack of new user onboarding. Should add something so when a user first signs up or uses a feature for the first time there is some type of demo or tutorial that steps them through how to use it, would be much better than needing to read the documentation as there are a lot of UIs to interact with so the documentation can be painstaking at times, but once you know how to use it and what your doing you can't think of any better way on how it would look or function, so huge ups on that.

Thanks Rick! We actually do have plans for interactive onboarding similarly to what you mentioned. So when a user signs up, they'll be onboarded to set up their bio, avatar, notifications, etc. When they open the New Trade for the first time, they will be guided through it and submit an example/test trade which will then bring them to the Trade Insight itnerface and will introduce them to each element and step them through adding/changing/removing TP/SL. So essentially on every interface, the first time a user opens one they will be onboarded with an interactive style demonstration.

As a Discord bot developer myself, I can understand how sophisticated and essentially how genius their bot is. Mind you, it has a slight learning curve if you want to maximize it's efficiency, but it's worth the little time needed to read and understand the documentation for it. It could also use a new user onboarding feature when users try to use the bot for the first time, but it does provide links to their documentation where everything needed to learn how to use it is provided.
By default, the trading market is set to "stock market" so the bot recognizes submitted trade tickers as stock tickers- unless you specify a cryptocurrency ticker/pair (i.e. btc/usdt) and it understands that is crypto. But you can change the default market to crypto, and it will recognize just BTC as bitcoin, and uses the default trading pair USDT if not changed, and supports over 25 exchanges with binance as the default which can be changed. After learning how to optimize it to track signals quickly and effeciently, you truly understand how sophisticated this bot is.
It uses real-time data when tracking or logging trades, so it can't be cheated or manipulated. It doesn't track any position sizes or portfolio sizes, just strictly performance, which makes sense for many reasons. I've tried manipulating it in a way to bring down my entry price on a losing trade, which I won't go into detail how, but there are anti-cheat methods in place to detect unusual or suspicious trade submitting, and if you end up do taking the time to try and "beat" or game the bot, you find out real quick through their human reviewing process that it won't be tolerated.
This bot is truly incredible, and as a dev I am truly impressed with it and it's functionality. As also a hobby retail investor, I also see the value in it for traders who share content or trades on social media. I would even go as far as saying that it is revolutionary in the social trading space. Looking forward to the new features they have planned. Just noticed they recently released Android mobile app so it is cool to see it expanding outside of Discord.
Keep up the fantastic work fellow devs!
Very much appreciate you in-depth review, especially from someone with your perspective who understands how much work goes into this and making user experience exceptional. You mentioned new users onboarding, we do have plans to add something- for both the bot and app. So when a user signs up the first time, they are introduced to each element on the app, and when they use a feature or open an interface the first time it will guide them through it, and even have a hands-on demonstration, whereas for the New Trade feature they would be guided through submitting their first (test) trade, and when redirected to the Trade Insight UI they will be guided on how to update their position from it, and how to add/change TP/SL.
New user onboarding alone is a big project, but we want to do it right the first time that will make it super user and beginner friendly. Thanks again!
Just discovered this app and found a good trader I've been following, I like how I can get instant notifications of their trades, she's an impressive stock options trader, should check her out when you're on the app her username is Ellie.
You fellas really knocked it out of the park with v2, super impressive. Sleek design, at least 20x faster, trader dashboards and the stats are awesome, more PRO only features, and better trade sharing. Keep progressing!
slow as hell
Can't argue there. v2 releasing in 10 days with all-new interactive design, over 50x faster response times, and a bunch of new features.
v2 has been released for some time now, will experience at least 22x faster response and load times.
this community is so great! I came in as a new trader not knowing a thing, their educational material was a good starting point, the live streams they do are so helpful, and their analysts always answer my questions regardless how annoying I can be lol
such a great organization!
