Do you see Product Hunt as a revenue generating tool or a marketing platform?

I personally see this as a tool to increase product / org visibility but many people seem upset / confused post launch as to why the traffic didn't convert into sales - curious where everyone stands on this.

PH doesn't promise you sales.

It's just that if you have an audience here that is a prospective buyer for your product, then you can "expect" the sales to be impacted by your launches.

Otherwise, great for visibility.
