If a customer has left a one-star review even after you have satisfied them, share your ideas on how you convince that customer to update their bad reviews.

What’s worked for me in the past is to ask the customer directly, specially if you can reply to their review in whatever platform.
Even if they don’t change the review, others that read it can see that you’re being proactive and addressing the issue head on, which at least softens the blow a bit.
