Seeking Pre-seed Investor

Hi there, I am designing a multi-tenant file management system with role-based authorization as a SaaS platform. The target niche market is Human Resources and Talent Management. I need an investor as co-founder of the future company (preferably in Germany). With the pre-seed investment, the company will be launched officially, and the following tech equipments will be purchased; * Linux based computer * Usual office consumables * Annual payment for using server * Designer, i.e. front-end developer (rather at later stage with further investment) The aforementioned product will be just the basic product of the company. The exclusivity of the product will be able to respond to the specific needs of the clients. Furthermore, following up the release of the first core product, I will execute the design of virtual 3-D office for online meetings.
