The Headspace meditation app. 10 minutes in the morning and a 200+day streak, I feel so much calmer and in control all day. It does not feel like a chore at all.

I mostly use meditation apps for stress reduction and mindfulness.
@almas_akram_khan do you find them helpful generally?
I use auto sleep on my apple watch to track sleep
@ruben_boonz My watch is quite old and can barely last 24 hours without needing a recharge, so I charge it overnight and only use it for activities during the day. What series watch do you have, and how long does the battery last?
@kateryna_ostapenko_ I have a really old one as well, the series 3 nike and I use it only for tracking sleep
@kateryna_ostapenko_ the newer models will be able to last more than a day, but maybe an aura ring or a whoop band is a good solution
