I’ve been diving into some great leadership and business books lately and would love to hear your recommendations too. Here are three I've recently enjoyed: "Turn the Ship Around!" by L. David Marquet - A former submarine captain shares his experiences transforming his ship from the worst-performing to the best in the fleet by challenging traditional leadership practices and empowering his crew. "The Power of Moments" by Chip and Dan Heath - This book explores how certain brief experiences can jolt us, elevate us, and change us, and how we can learn to create such extraordinary moments in our life and work. "Thinking in Bets" by Annie Duke - Written by a former professional poker player, this book offers a unique perspective on making decisions under uncertainty, stressing the importance of acknowledging luck and incomplete information in our strategies.

"The E-Myth Revisited: Why Most Small Businesses Don't Work and What to Do About It" by Michael E. Gerber: The book tells you why traditional management approaches often fail and provides alternative ways to run a successful small business.

One of my favourite business books that I've read recently is "When the Heavens Went on Sale" by Ashlee Vance. It's about the rise of the 'new space industry' i.e. private rocket, satellite and other space adjacent companies.
