Human interaction. While my company operates efficiently in a mostly remote setup, the casual conversations with colleagues, random brainstorming sessions, and spontaneous interactions are just not there anymore. When remote, you probably won't call one or two people to just share a quick comment; that same comment would likely have been shared effortlessly in an office setting.

Based on what I have gathered so far, it depends on your goals. Weekday --> more traffic and views but also more competition, less chance to get a top position. Weekend --> less traffic and views, but more chances to get a top position and badge.

So they can easily just go it, write what they need, and you can latter kind of work through it. There are a couple of alternatives, but most of them require a way to ID the user, so no anonymous feedback.
