Do not-so-scalable things. E.g. don't invest heavily in automated tools/AI bots, etc.

I'd choose a route where I could do both. It also depends on where you are in the journey, but the best place to be is -- having enough autonomy on the product decisions and using them to your advantage to craft the right message/positioning.

Mostly going outdoors -> either a good hike or a stroll in the park.

I have seen Kerwin's work and travels closely and I must say he is probably the most traveled person i know and for him to come up with this idea was such a great testimony of his experience as a traveler and an influencer. Pros: Great place to know something that is not very famous/familiar. Cons: Not that I can think of.

Love how Foursquare has evolved as a local search discovery platform. This will only add value to the content they've built for years. Congrats @dens and team.

Interesting idea. The peculiar use case of this product could be for long Trails / Thru Hikes / adventure parks where you would probably need help. (something I've seen happening at the PCT). Just trying to understand how will it apply for known places / cities.
