Thanks Kevin for hunting us! Almost a year back, we shipped an early version of Spext that got a lot of great feedback. One of the biggest requests was the ability to edit media by editing its transcripts. Turns out, it is extremely hard to make this work on the web :P

Using it and sent a few intros already. Questions:
1. Does the software just send a cold-email to investors or they have actually opted-in to receive mails? Trying to judge if a cold email is better for response rate.
2. I am actively trying to reach out to FirstRound, but no warm intros :P. Do you suggest i use VCWiz or drop a cold email?

I am fascinated by the online education space and have a question- Completion rates of online courses have been low historically. Companies like Jawbone and Fitbit use software that acts like a "smart coach". Do you think something similar can work in education?
