I have asked Chatgpt, read a few blogs. But I would love to know what product people think. If you are a product manager at Verizon for example, how do you think you can add the AI element, lets say for improving user experience , what will you do?

If you had an app for books(kindle like), what are the features you would look for in it? Try to add reasons for it. Or lets say you are more into holding the "book" to read, hardcopies of the book, apart from amazon if there is an app only to purchase books, would you use it? What features would you like in it?
