Validate each step of your process with your end-users. I know it might be time-consuming, but it pays off. This is how you can determine whether you're on the right path, especially in development.

This is a very strange question. After all, the primary purpose of building a product is to provide added value to the end user, so how could one not listen to their feedback? That's why so many startups fail—simply because they fail to listen. Nevertheless, I believed we had moved beyond this by now.
Do you collect user feedback and do you consider it a valuable asset in the process of developing?

I work for an agency that specializes in building no-code/low-code solutions as well as custom MVPs. On average, it takes around 12 weeks to build a custom MVP and 4-6 weeks for a no-code/low-code solution. However, as others have mentioned in the discussion, the timeline can vary depending on the complexity of the project.
