For me it’s a 50 for Distribution and 50 for the product. We need to have the product offer the value it’s built for by ensuring it gets to the right users in time. Distribution is important for improvement
What matters more? The product itself OR the distribution of the product?

I find the ideation stage the most fun, because that’s the research heavy part where I get to learn from existing businesses and just can’t get enough of it.
Reason I’m built a business model library, Product X, to share my research with other builders brainstorming a model for their next idea while learning

More publications from the boostrapping startups about their journey versus VC-backed ones. Startup isn’t always all fairytales

Prefer to tailor the scope to the current features on the mvp, testing as different hypothesis if they address the market’s needs 80-99% atleast
How do you choose MVP scope?

3 things
- Check my study notes on product/business model maps of all competitive products, we've learnt from on my database which we're building into an app at trybidhaa.com
- Customer survey for feedback and new pain points we've missed..circle back to them with a feature or MVP
-Market research: To note new trends and solutions being addressed
What do you usually do when you run out ideas? (in your business)

I get product ideas from:
- Customer Survey: Chatting with them or via surveys for first-time products to understand pain points
- Market Research: Updates from industry publications subscribed to
- Competition: See what they are doing and how to improve. Building up on this, I built a database of model maps and notes of tech products in my market to ease study and innovation, which I'd be...
How do you come up with ideas for new features (products)?
