it’s hard, actually. to sell something you’ve built from ground up. there would be a lot of ups and downs on the journey. but i think, when you no longer have the same passion as you did when you started it, that’s when you sell it.

look from the customer’s standpoint. what is the problem you’re solving for them? then build core features that just solves that problem (an mvp). then get feedback and reiterate your mvp with more and better features if needed.

see what the competitors are doing. if there are no competitors (although that is very unlikely), see similar products that share your product’s values, features, etc.

a combination of both would be lovely. offer social logins such as google and either one of apple or microsoft if you want. but, just google is more than enough. having a magic link login would be beneficial for the other users if they don’t have any of the social logins you configured. also, some people prefer to use emails rather than link everything to one single google account. best of...

Newsletters are a good start

Daily life? Nothing. Occasionally I get some ideas and I use a combination of ChatGPT, Gemini and Phind for the research.
