We use Readme (https://readme.com/) and love it! It makes adding API references and letting users try them from the browser really easy. We also love the Recipe feature for step by step instructions. And the metrics are great too!
What platform should I use to create developer-friendly API documentation?

Make the cash award they receive a function of how many they invite.
For eg,
if you invite <3 people you get $50
if you invite 4 - 10 people you get $75
and so on
The more people you invite, the more you can win
How do you get people to invite their friends to compete for cash prizes?

Able to thrive in chaos
Startups have ever changing requirements and client requests (especially SaaS). Good developers should be able to bring order to chaos and deal with whatever comes in.

Newsletters/Substacks are a great place to get information and find out what's new.
Some of the best ones I follow are https://refactoring.fm, https://newsletter.pragmaticengi... and https://saasengineering.substack...
