It's easy to do social media ads with AI, but it's super difficult to get to the top 1% of content quality. I believe Qovai is capable of doing so. There is no greatest money waste than an Ads Campaign that is not the best quality! Congrats to the team for the launch (:

Conversion rates are lower than ever! Is marketing saturated? You always get some good feedback you can apply instantly though

Have a strong vision about design and try to not change it too often, going minimalist helps with this although it's still complex (everyone feels like they can do a better design than the existing ones)

I wouldn't put videos inside the app, in our product culture that's been lazy for not improving the UX and wanting a quick fix... We complemented our product with some blog articles explaining how to use it -- but not inside the app per se But whatever works! Share your discoveries (:
