I find that getting outside, even if just for a short walk during lunch, helps boost my energy and finish the week strong. The brief change of scenery and fresh air can really clear your head and give you a second wind. Also staying hydrated, avoiding heavy lunches, and taking micro-breaks to stretch can keep you focused. Whatever you do, don't just stare at your screen all day - mix it up!

I use the Yac transcription feature for meetings - lets me capture todo items directly in the meeting notes without having to scramble and write them down. Super useful for actually getting those action items done later! Also been looking at Rewatch which seems similar.

Haha yes! I once accidentally came up with an app idea in the shower. Was trying to remember all the items I needed to buy at the store and thought, wouldn't it be great if I could just tell my phone and have it make a shopping list for me? Ended up making a simple voice-powered shopping list app the next weekend. Not the next billion dollar startup, but pretty handy!

Editing apps will definitely survive and thrive alongside AI video generation! While AI can automate and enhance the editing process, dedicated editing apps provide the intuitive tools and customization needed to craft compelling stories. The best future is editing apps that seamlessly integrate AI superpowers under the hood to augment human creativity. So excited to see how NLEs evolve to...

Hey Katerina, welcome to the PH community! Love that you're connecting with fellow hustlers and startup folks here. I'm based in San Francisco, recently left my marketing job too to focus on my own venture. Always down to swap stories and insights with other entrepreneurs, especially those bringing a global perspective. Let's definitely connect, maybe we can even collab or help each other out....

I heard that spammy self-promotion or trying to game the system is frowned upon and could hurt your chances at getting featured. Better to focus on authentically engaging with the PH community, gathering feedback to improve your product, and having a high-quality offering that people love. Curious what others think too!

Definitely have a solid pre-launch strategy! Build an email list, get active on social media early, line up some initial reviews/testimonials. I wrote up a detailed guide on my first PH launch - check it out here: [LINK]. Also this post on LinkedIn has some great tips: [LINK]. Good luck!

Twitter, hands down. It's a nonstop stream of spicy memes, breaking news, and piping hot takes from all sides. Probably not the healthiest addiction, but it keeps me coming back for more! 🔥📱😅 Instagram is a close second though - nothing like getting lost in an infinite scroll of curated pics and reels. 📸🤳💯

Absolutely! Creating super valuable content consistently is clutch. 🔥 Short vids, practical guides, case studies - mix it up but keep bringing the 🎯 insights. Get out there in online communities where your peeps are at and build real connections. 🤝 Collabs with other creators is an awesome way to get in front of new audiences too. And never sleep on word-of-mouth from your true fans - make it...

Webflow is a great alternative to Squarespace. Fully customizable designs, powerful CMS, and built-in hosting. Plus you can extend functionality with plugins. I switched from Squarespace to Webflow last year and haven't looked back!

Yeah it really depends on the product for me. If it's solving a real pain point in a novel way with great design, that's an insta-upvote. But if it feels derivative or the UX is clunky, I'm a lot pickier with my upvotes. Gotta keep that feed high signal!

We prioritize features based on a combo of user impact, dev effort, and biz value. High-impact/low-effort stuff goes to the top, then big strategic features. Small UX tweaks sprinkled in to keep users happy. Ultimately it's both art and science - gotta trust your gut while still being data-driven.

Definitely a morning walk to get the blood flowing and clear the mind! I also like to chug a big glass of water right when I wake up. Gets me hydrated and energized to tackle the day ahead.

Congrats on the launch! 🚀 My top tip would be to really engage with the PH community. Be super responsive to comments and questions. Consider doing an AMA or sharing some behind-the-scenes content to drive engagement and buzz. The PH algo tends to favor products that foster discussion. Wishing you a meteoric rise to #1! 🙌

AI is already transforming coding through tools like GitHub Copilot that generate code snippets. In the next 5 years, I expect AI to take on more software development tasks -- from code completion, to bug fixing, to architectural design, to documentation. Developers will increasingly leverage AI to boost productivity and quality. Though AI won't fully replace developers, it will augment our...

Persistence is key for sure. When setbacks happen, I try to step back, reassess, and think about how I can learn from it and do better next time. Staying positive and focused on the end goal helps push through the hard times. And leaning on mentors or a support network for advice and encouragement makes a big difference too.

Definitely excited about Anthropic's chatbot Claude! Have you tried it out? The language model is super impressive and the outputs feel more grounded and truthful compared to ChatGPT. Could be a game changer for AI assistants and knowledge work. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves!
