How many books do you read per year?
Every year I aim to read more books but don't tend to keep up.
Curious how many books on average others in this community read!

If we're talking specifically about Product Hunt launches, weekends tend to be low traffic, so probably easier to get awards but fewer eye-balls on the actual product.
It also depends a bit on your industry and competitors, def. don't want to accidentally launch on the same day as a competitor or even another big launch that would take away from your buzz
Which are the best days to announce startup public launch?

I'm actually dealing with this problem right now! I'm not sure if our product is good enough to attract customers or if I'm not spending enough time on user acquisition.
Something that makes this problem a bit more complex is finding the wrong customers can divert the product in a completely different direction which may divert from the main user personas
Keep adding product features for your new app vs. keep working on finding your ideal customer?

Yes, we keep a public build log which we update every week: https://littlecook.io/buildlog
Another aspect of building in public is not giving away any secret sauce we produce to competitors. I'd love to hear how others handle this aspect of it!

One of the most important (and maybe obvious) points I learned that helped me become a better reviewer was to not think how I would have implemented but whether the PR meets the criteria that was set out.
I also make a lot of effort to make the tone friendly which makes a huge differece. Having the mindset of wanting to learn and maybe teach also changes perspective and tone and helps make it...

A bit of a failure for me was having to completely switch track one day into the week and being all over the place with productivity but in the end achieved a good amount of work, even if it wasn't what I was planning on to do

I think I was 8 when I started planning how I was going to make an ice cream factory in Africa, solving poverty and hunger in one go.
Still haven't made my ice cream factory but hopefully someday 🤞

Thanks for sharing your process Eren!
I follow a somewhat similar process to what you mention. We have a website and an app, with the app being the primary product. Each have slightly different tools, process, and goals for the metrics.
For the website, I use Hotjar, Google Analytics, and cloudflare analytics - the aim is mainly traffic and SEO so that's what the focus is here. I tend to...

Setting Agenda is probably the most impactful change to make meetings more effective. The agenda should set out the goals and context if necessary to help everyone get on the same page.
I've also found it very useful in the past to make sure someone is assigned to take notes.
Consciously steering back the discussion when it goes in a tangent is critical too - sounds simple enough to do, but...
