I think the hybrid models and even full remote positions are here to stay. It benefits the company and the worker in so many ways.
Companies have access to an expanded talent pool and a global workforce in remote aspects.
You get flexibility and productivity in most cases and spend less time commuting.
It has proven as a good work model in my opinion.

It all depends on what are you looking for.
Twitter can be a better option for generating an audience and a follower base, also to engage in influencer marketing while LinkedIn is better for outreach and generating sales, especially in B2B.
