For DocXter (https://chat.docxter.app), our prioritization of new features is based on:
- Enhancing product experience
- Addressing the most requested features by our users
- Continuously gathering and acting on user feedback through forms, surveys, and social outreach.
I think this pretty much covers any product and I must say it is working well for us and our users!

Brand, team behind it, support, simple yet useful offering and USP. That's what helps my decision making!

A few that I would expect from such a platform:
1. Measurement and comparison of how well is the model actually performing on real data
2. Performance over time as and when data changes (drift)
3. Speed and resource usage
4. Monitoring and reporting dashboards, system alerts
5. Latency monitoring (average, percentiles)
6. Bias and fairness assessment
Also, to mention API is quite a common ask...

Sketching out the target groups and identifying the audience should be the starting point, IMHO. That helps place your product in the right segment and helps discover the best channel to get started!

Do everything and take a pretty darn good sleep! Schedule up your day, keep the time for everything and it should do just fine!

Social media, comments, and forums are meant for and commonly used by platforms to directly connect with their customers. It would rather be pretty engaging IMO to use an informal tone - keeping it sarcastic, witty and lively.
Usually the engagement on such voices is more. Sure, the level of comprehension may differ person-to-person but then whatever gets more attention, right!
Is a sarcastic tone of voice friendly to business? Would you personally use it?

I guess human element stays crucial. In the AI age, I believe the best designers won't just use AI tools - they'll orchestrate symphonies of human insight and machine intelligence. It's time to visualize better, push harder, and create interfaces that don't just work, but inspire.
- Empathy is our superpower. AI can crunch data, but only humans truly understand human needs.
- Intuitive isn't...

Mondays can be a real pain, huh? I totally get it. Well, you could always make it a little better!
So, here's what works for me and my team - we do this quick planning thing on Friday afternoons. Nothing fancy, just a casual chat about what we got done and what's coming up next week. It's actually kinda nice to wrap things up like that.
Come Monday, at least we're not totally clueless about...
