Hi! 👋 I’m the founder of Ness Labs and a PhD researcher in cognitive neuroscience. I juggle lots of projects so it’s important for me to have a frictionless productivity stack that augments my thinking without slowing me down.
Some tools like Roam and Lex help me think better and unleash my creativity, while other tools like Alfred and Calendly help me get things done without sacrificing my mental health. I do a lot of multiplayer work, so I tend to choose tools that play nice with others' and help foster collective intelligence.
- Calm is a software company based in San Francisco, California. It produces meditation products, including guided meditations and Sleep Stories.
- Hyper is an open-source and extensible terminal emulator available on MacOS, Windows, and Linux. It's built using web technologies, specifically Electron (the same platform that powers Atom, Slack, and Brave).

- When I write, I often get stuck. It's a painful experience. With Lex, now I just type "+++" and AI will suggest what might come next. It can also generate headline ideas. The AI quality is mind-blowing.
