I am the CEO & Co-Founder of Flipped.ai - a Generative AI hiring platform that empowers organisations to hire talent smarter and faster. Before moving to the startup world, I was an academic for more than 15 years (my last stint was at the University of Cambridge) where I led some of the early initiatives to connect the next three billion users to the Internet. I love building products that are user led, that are built for a large pain-point and that has potential for significant impact at scale.
