Definitely focus on organic social media for early traction. SEO takes too long to kick in for a brand new launch. Posting on Twitter/Reddit/relevant forums and communities to your product worked best for me. Paid social ads on FB/IG can help amplify reach too if you have some initial budget. SEO is more of a long game to sustain and build on early growth, not the best fit for day 1 launch IMO.

Equity comp can def attract talent if you sell the vision, but for most employees it's too complex. I vote for keeping the cap table clean and using performance-based bonuses instead - tie it to company success and keep it simple. Minority shareholders <10% collectively is 🔑

I haven't used any AI tools for evaluations yet, but I've heard good things about Viable.fit for product insights and OpenAI's Evals framework for more general AI eval needs. Anyone else have experience with these or other AI-powered eval tools they'd recommend checking out?
