Bots continue to spread, so management of them makes a lot of sense to me. Some businesses are afraid of a bot going haywire, a la microsoft, and the tools here are a great start to getting a more approachable bot experience. Nice work Paul and team.

I think one of the most underrated pieces of this is the live chat for business opportunity. A major issue with live customer chat on web and mobile is that the user has to stay connected to your client to keep the conversation going.
