Depends on where I am consuming the content (mobile/web...on the go, at home). Overall though, video is just easier to digest.
Do you think video reviews are more effective than text reviews?

Depends on the project. I would pay per project to start to make sure you like the quality of the work first then if it makes sense and you need long-term work done, I'd consider moving to subscription.
Pay-per-project or subscription-based?

Don't worry about being perfect when you start or you'll never get your first episode out. You'll refine your "voice", production quality, and content direction through the process.
Podcasters, what's one piece of advice you would give to someone who wants to start a podcast?

I had such a lovely chat with Sam Kaplan and his passion for Tea and the work that he does with Topia at the tea bar. Can you believe he drove all the way from Yosemite to SF for the event? Thank you Sam for sharing your tea knowledge with all of us! :)
Who were some interesting folks you met at our recent SF event?

So many! I love zoom, loom, slack, and calendly. When it comes to physical products, I love my Autonomous standing desk.
Which are your go-to tools when working remote and why? Also, leave your product if it's related.

The hardest part and most exciting phase is building your initial community. These folks will be your greatest evangelists as well as your focus group to help you learn how to refine your product/service. I typically like to do a SWOT analysis and figure out who my target demo is. Then, look for the first movers and "connectors" in your industry and make sure you give them the greatest...
Any practical tips on building a community?
