Having worked remotely professionally for the last four years, and built projects with remote teams for many years prior, the biggest hurdle to a successful remote environment are people getting used to sharing *everything*.
In my previous job, we called it "overcommunication". Think about it like if you were in an open office environment, you would just say whatever you needed to the space,...
How can you build a successful remote team?

Twitter is... hard. If you don't have an existing following personally, building a following for a project company is very time-consuming. You have to know your niche very well and know how to interact with others that work in the same space. I find it easier than Instagram, personally. I don't fare too well on Instagram.

It doesn't apply as much to my current venture, but as a deeply community-engaged person, I highly believe in building in public. I think it's the best way not only to get feedback as soon as possible but has the potential to create very passionate users that will follow you for years.
Does 'Build in Public' trend provide any extra value to your product?

I'll answer for my Saturday since we work Sunday to Thursday ;)
It's either 8 or so hours of gaming (PC/PS5/Switch, whatever game I'm hooked to at the time) or the same time watching a series I'm really into.
Right now I'm watching Critical Role Campaign 2 for the past month, it devoured my entire leisure time.
What's your favorite way to spend a lazy Sunday?

We work to get the job done. Titles don't matter. Seniority doesn't matter. If you see something that should be done, take ownership over it (it doesn't necessarily means you'll be the one ending up doing it). No task is beneath you, or outside of your responsibilities.
