Occasionally people forget to hit the Schedule button after approving a post, and a reminder for the poster/approver would be good.
Pros: Fairly simple to use, decent pricing, and provides a good overview of what's drafted/posted/scheduled and published...
Cons: Every platform has a few little 'foibles' and things you need to learn - scheduled but unapproved post reminders would be handy

I've been using Sitebulb during the beta period, and found it really useful for any projects involving SEO, whether that's doing a quick overview and check, or a full website audit.
