We've been using demodesk for ~8 months now for both sales and customer support. No issues to date. It saves us and our customers headaches about version / OS compatibility and is a joy to use. Pros: - no download needed for either party - devs can use it on linux, too!- blazing fast (setting up a spontaneous meeting + actual sharing) Cons: Sharing local files isn't super easy yet
