Have you ever experienced therapy?
If yes, what was that last nail in the coffin situation which finally convinced you to start therapy and how was your experience?
If not, have you ever considered and is there something specific preventing you from it?

Its very common to get distracted and deviate from the work, to avoid this I have started to meditate and this have resulted wonders so far, your mind starts behaving in the direction which is right for you. I also keep a cup of coffee and my playlist handy to plug in the earphones and sail for the day.

I prefer in-person as you get a chance to work around the people and create that rapport between your peers which somewhere helps in overall personality building , however the new trend nowadays have been remote and hybrid only.
Do you prefer remote, hybrid or in-person?

Staying focus on the long stretched day is really tough job and with focus being productive is even more harder, so in my view taking few breaks and a cup of coffee works for me and at times even talking to your peers make things go for you in better way.
How do you stay focused when working for long periods of time?

If I have the power or given the chance to ponder around my past and make few changes which I believe would have worked is to get started on things fast and see if it fits the requirement and if not switch to other planning mode or may be change the approach towards the same.
If you could time travel to change your past, what would you have done differently in your business?

I have been working on the mental wellness awareness and breaking the stigma attached to it. I am under the development of something under this space and hopefully it will be beneficial to the people facing the issues which are common but hard to explain or speak openly.

In my view it completely depends on person to person, my rule is to have small breaks and engage in some soothing music with a cup of coffee, it works for me.

I completely agree to this that encouraging the efforts make the employee to put in more efforts and with higher zeal and enthusiasm, however there are scenarios when the efforts can only be rewarded if the outcome is favorable so off course efforts are important but the outcome too matters.
Reward effort, not outcomes, says CEO of Google and Alphabet Sundar Pichai. What do you think?

I completely agree with you @gurpinder_singh that mental health is very important and comes above everything, but the stigma stick around really don't make people to talk about it so often and openly, therefore I am trying to build up something related to mental wellness and removing the stigma.
It is more important to take care of your mental health than anything else. 🧠
