One big lesson I’ve learned as a founder is to stay flexible. I remember getting super attached to my first product idea, but it didn’t take off. I had to let go of my ego and adapt to what the market wanted. It was tough, but it taught me that being open to change is crucial for success.

I usually unwind with a good book or binge-watch a few episodes of a TV series I’m into. On weekends, I like to go for a long walk in the park or just chill at home with my dog. What do you do to relax?

I hear you—remote work can be super isolating. I make it a point to join virtual hangouts or online groups related to my interests. I also set up weekly video calls with friends and try to get out for walks or work from a café now and then. It really helps to break up the monotony.
For those that work remote, how do you fight loneliness?

I try to keep calm and look for any valid points in the feedback. For example, if a customer says something’s wrong with my product, I’ll see if there’s a fix I can implement. If the review feels more like venting, I just let it slide. I’ve found that responding politely can sometimes turn a negative review into a positive experience.
