I say try the pomodoro technique. Once you finish each 25 minute interval, stand-up and stretch during your break. I have at timer at simplepomodoro.io. Try it if you'd like.

Coming up with web app ideas for a 1 - 2 man development team
Hi everyone. I'm a web developer that's looking for an idea on what web app to build next. I'm curious how some of you come up with what to build next.
