Maybe my opinion will go against your intuition: pitch to people offline, in person. It's not difficult to pitch to 30 people per day near an office building café. If your target users work there, you just spend one week, and you can get 200 users to spend 5 minutes hearing your idea and trying it out. But if you find them online or buy some ads, they will only give you a quick glance.
