I second the approach to manually call your clients!! Definitely the best method to almost guarantee actionable feedback... Take time to research the best survey methods for your clientbase - draw from other successful companies in your sphere. Keep in mind the questions you ask matter a lot, as you are trying to maximize feedback. Also, be reasonable in the length of the survey and consider...

Make your Problem-Solution as clear as possible. Demonstrate your product on calls, showing that solution in its entirety. Highlight customer success stories, and be transparent (and simple) about pricing. On an individual basis, change your presentation based off who is on the call or the campaign target, and who you are selling to. Ensure the product has seamless integrations with the systems...

Keep it simple. Pick the lowest hangest fruit, but above all else, GET STARTED. Make a little progress, no matter how little it is. As you keep working, the vision usually becomes clearer and clearer. I've built 3 products and 3 different visions from scratch, and that's how it happened everytime. Get over the anxiety and get stuff done!

I typically prioritize the needs of the customer, using metrics gained from surveying or market research. Sometimes it's hard to determine a need vs a want.

I started BeAHero after using a few different productivity platforms. I saw an opportunity to use supporters with reward-driven motivation to provide accountability, something no one else provides right now. Accountability has changed my life, and I only want to help as many people as possible become their best selves.

Sometimes it's really easy to spot generative content. It lacks emotion and randomness. Eventually, as AI awareness spreads, I think the vast majority of the population will be able to pick out the AI content, and the brain will mark it as spam. It's always up to the prompter create a more organic result. This stuff is a tool. We shouldn't be too lazy...
