Also have a series of emails set at a cadence that doesn't overwhelm showcasing key features that helps your target user get their jobs done is key for user stickiness and conversion (if on a free trial for example)

Great post, and also lots of useful comments! The other big and important point is consistency Communities take time and effort with consistent nurturing - it can be hard, and at the beginning with low engagement, which can feel discouraging. But showing up consistently engaging with whoever is part of your community and as @thebigk said making users feel welcomed will go a long way!

Congrats on launching @ffffilipp - OMMT club is such a great concept for a community that had roots from physical meet ups! I remember my dad used to go to car meet-ups to chat/share stories with other owners and see all the cars. Well done for such a successful launch and excited to see how the community evolves! 🚗

Extroverted but definitely with introverted tendencies! The extroverted side of me bounces of people, gains energy from others, and likes to meet people. Useful when doing webinars, community building, and dealing with influencers/agencies. The introverted side of me loves to shut away and not talk to anyone or do anything for literally an entire weekend lol. Sometimes I just like the quiet...

Agree with this for sure! Having just completed a launch this week, I really tried to make my messages personalized and actually have a conversation with the people I asked to support our launch. I also made sure to thank everyone who let me know they supported!

Ahh, it is so easy to do, but what an achievement to get to 270 days in the first place! When I first lost my high streak, I was like, oh nooo, but then actually I was like, meh ok, well, I will just come into PH anyways, and if I build it back up, then great. Like you said, it doesn't really add much value in the grand scheme of things. It's just people celebrate it as it's an achievement...

For us, LinkedIn was instrumental in our launch!
