After I get to the office and go through and respond to all my emails and set the task list for the day. So usually around 2-3 hours after I wake up. I might check at lunch but not usually but my bad spot is the evenings when I’m bored.

I use Endel soundspaces and time block my day. I’m usually curled up on my couch at home or in my office under a blanket with a lap desk or in my favorite chair in my favorite coffee shop.

Thank god for protected / private domain registration. The amount of spam I used to get from people who probably ask this same question was insane.

Been a long time user of RescueTime and love it as it does all its tracking in the background.

Being able to properly manage my multiple disabilities without having to ask for multiple accommodations that always made me feel “other” in traditional workspaces.

As someone with ADHD I hated that part of work since it took me so long to refocus. Now I engage when asked and it’s way more focused and I’m not nearly as distracted.

Been using motion for awhile now and it’s so nice to have something that keeps my adhd brain on track and focused during a day. The addition of teams and projects has upped our entire orgs productivity by a lot. Team is incredibly responsive to feedback too. Can’t recommend highly enough

As a designer I can tell you all the SaaS products I’ve worked on in my 25 years of consulting that were designed by solo engineers were a design nightmare that took years to untangle once I was brought on board. Before you build anything get yourself a solid foundation on UX otherwise it will likely be hot garbage.

I’m usually listening to binaural beats not music. They help keep me focused. But if I am listening to music it can’t have lyrics cause they distract me so I’m listening to EDM or classical.

Ive been using Momentum since its beta, and Charlie's amazing products since the beginning (I am looking at my weekly planner sheet right now to get it ready for the week) this is an amazing product and I am so glad its finally launched and in other people's hands

Been using Endel for awhile for focusing at work and when I’m having trouble getting to or back to sleep. They’re really helpful and are a great part of my routine. Can’t wait to try this one out

Design exercises are highly controversial in the design field. A lot of people find them exploitive of their time and skills. How to you overcome that objection with your product considering your “sell” is basically no different than a designer doing an exercise in an interview process
