I think a chatbot text field that shows real-time render – that is, what the user types before sending/deleting – would help salespeople respond faster or then foresee any issues and/or hangups user may have. To add, I could see this raising an ethical question but it's not much different than someone stopping mid-sentence, pausing a conversation, and rephrasing what they want to say. Take from...

First thing is field research – to update yourself on what's already been talked about and then what's being talked about right now. It's unlikely you'll have something novel to introduce or otherwise peg new content to.

I like to use the Flow app (free). I focus for the 20-minute recommended intervals and take small breaks in between. There's something about a countdown – even one without consequence – that helps channel your energy and focus for that countdown duration. Nice, little mind hack.

Voted no. In all candour, AI dampens the 'people' element in connecting, well, people – and then connecting those people with (meaningful) products and services. For that, the whole idea puts me off or, to say, even scares me a little. I like the idea of another person like me on the other side of an exchange; thoughts going from mind to keyboard, then screen. It's all just talking into a...

Our team has weekly what we call coffee buddies. We talk anything and everything for the meet that's not work-related; it's a lot of fun seeing another side of colleagues and good for teamwork, morale, IMO.

My productivity has actually increased, Jithin. But not without effort or awareness that I need separate living and work spaces. If you blend the two, you risk not being able to 'leave work' when you get off work.

I've been thinking more and more about the imbalance of a 5-day work week; it being established in early C20 is alone cause for reexamination given how different work is now some 100 years after the fact. Heck, the recent pandemic even revolutionised how and where we work. For poll, voted four-day work week. Not only is less holiday an option, but I'd work even more enthusiastically, I imagine,...

Great question, Nimesha. To add to what's been said, time on page or on site is definitely a favourable metric that's never gone out of fashion – but linking externally (in moderation versus stuffing) can really only hurt you if you're not working on seeing which of those sites are open to doing the same for you. The real payoff or quid pro quo in juicing is the value you get back from others...

Good stuff, Tommy! Wishing you and Magical all the success in the world. Human-centric tech that looks to improve quality of work as we know it in 2022 is where it's at, IMO. The term meeting amnesia really hits home; I'd liken the concept as much to what's called declarative memory, where if overrun with meetings, our recall of those meetings suffers.

I appreciate the CEO's candour, in all honesty. He admits he's old-school and goes on to say he's not wanted to mandate an office return as other company leads have. The performance pressure at the level he's at is immense so good on him, really. I suspect the best way forward is a mix of yesterday and tomorrow because despite hyperbole to the contrary, old-school isn't synonymous with 'bad'...

Hi, Ricardo! I would say launch language needs to clearly strike two chords. One would be talking points that are problem-aware, and two would be takeaways that are solution-aware. Every reader at that point walks away having understood your product and whether or not they need it themselves!

I swim when I can but my longtime go-to are pull-ups. So many good responses already so I'll add only that whatever my goal that day for number of pull-ups is, the humility and adaptation in variables (like my arms or grip tiring early, or one arm suddenly hurting) are good reminders that goals aren't destinations or states of being; they're always where you want to be but never where you are –...
